Andre Groenewald is a purpose-driven business leader with more than two decades of strategic and operational experience in the healthcare industry. He has held senior leadership positions, including Country Manager, Business Unit Head and Commercial Manager in respected organisations such as Adcock Ingram, Aspen Pharmacare, Allergan, Genop Healthcare, Bausch & Lomb and Galderma Laboratories.


Andre’s expertise spans the entire value chain from research and development through regulatory approval and commercialization. He is known for his ability to lead with clarity, align teams behind a shared purpose and deliver results that endure.
